OFFLINE LICENSE ACTIVATION AND UPDATE

If you do not have an Internet connection on the computer on which your license serial key is to be activated, you can first activate it on this page (in the form below), and then activate the product offline in the Management Tool.

To activate your license serial key, do the following:

1. Copy and paste your license serial key into the Serial Key text box in the form at the bottom of this page.
2. Copy and paste the unique identifier from the Serial Key Management page of the Management Tool into the Unique Identifier text box.
3. Select the “I’m not a robot” CAPCHA checkbox.
4. Click the Activate button.
5. Save the activatedKeys.txt file that is generated, to a removable drive.
6. Log in to the Management Tool as a user of the Administrators user group.
7. Click the Serial Key Management navigation link on the left.
8. On the Serial Keys tab, click the Activate Product Offline button in the top right of the page.
9. On the Activated Serial Key Adding page, click Choose File and navigate to the activatedKeys.txt file containing the activated serial key.
10. Click Add.
11. The activated serial key is then be displayed on the Serial Key Management page, along with the number and types of Client licenses and the Update & Support period end date.
12. If there are both licensed and unlicensed Clients in your network, and you want to assign licenses to the rest of the Clients, you need to assign a license to each of the remaining unlicensed Clients manually.

To update the license serial key, do the following:

1. Copy and paste your license serial key into the serial key text box in the form at the bottom of this page.
2. Select the “I’m not a robot” CAPCHA checkbox.
3. Click the Update button.
4. Save the activatedKeys.txt file that is generated, to a removable drive.
5. Log in to the Management Tool as a user of the Administrators user group.
6. Click the Serial Key Management navigation link on the left.
7. On the Serial Keys tab, click the Activate Product Offline button in the top right of the page.
8. On the Activated Serial Key Adding page, click Choose File and navigate to the activatedKeys.txt file containing the updated serial key.
9. Click Add.
10. The updated serial key is then displayed on the Serial Key Management page, along with the number and types of Client licenses and the Update & Support period end date.
11. If there are both licensed and unlicensed Clients in your network, and you want to assign licenses the rest of the Clients, you need to assign a license to each of the remaining unlicensed Clients manually.
